Full deconstruction - 4000sq ft home, built 1981, 4 bedroom, 5 bath. Period fixtures and doors, including yellow and green bathroom fixtures. Solid walnut cabinetry. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. New Whirlpool Cabrio digital washer/dryer. All materials delivered to Grass Valley ReStore.

4700 sq ft home, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, built 1963; and 1000sq ft guest home, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus loft, built 1958, in the Tahoe City, Lake Tahoe area - total deconstruction. Generous use of douglas fir and birch paneling, cedar and redwood. Hardwood oak flooring. Vintage and eclectic lighting fixtures. Vintage single piece sink/countertop & metal cabinetry. Stack washer/dryer & extensive neutral carpeting in excellent condition.

1900 sq foot home in the Land Park, Sacramento area, built 1938 - total deconstruction. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Hardwood flooring throughout, Vintage 6 over 1, double hung windows; single panel doors with vintage hardware. Vintage plumbing fixtures and kitchen cabinets. Full dimensional lumber.
